At The Olive Branch Factory, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our returns policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Exceptions: We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
Return Process

- Package the Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original shipping box or a suitable alternative.
- Ship the Return: Ship the package to the address provided by our consultant on WhatsApp or email response. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
