We don’t have a walk-in facility unfortunately.
We have a collection point that is based in Johannesburg, in the Bosmont area. That’s right next to the Maraisburg Road Off-ramp on the N1 highway Johannesburg – address detail will be provided once payment reflects in our account.
We do assist with nationwide courier delivery in need.
We normally use Pudo Locker to locker delivery. This costs R60-R100 per package for 20kg or less.
For bigger orders, we would use door to door courier and this would depend on the size, weight and area of delivery.
If you prefer direct door delivery, we can arrange this for you, and the cost would be dependent on the size and weight of your order.
You are also welcome to use your own courier should you prefer.
We will only release orders to the courier once we have received payment into our account
– do not arrange a courier until you have received the go-ahead from us as we need to make sure your order is packed prior to the courier collecting.
For now, we only accept EFT payments unfortunately.
Account details for payments will be sent to you on an invoice with your order.
For EFT payments, please email us your proof of payment to info@theolivebranchfactory.co.za and use your invoice number as the payment reference.
